Children's room rugs
A rug a child plays on should carry no chemical residue. We check for residue after rinsing and dry on a low-allergen programme.

How pick-up and delivery works here
Collecting a rug is not the same in every complex. Here is how we do it at this address.
- We use the covered car park, so your rug is never loaded in the rain.
- The lifts here are narrow. Rugs that will not fit are rolled and carried down the stairs, so the edges are never crushed or creased.
- Binalar yüksek katlı ve çift asansörlü, ancak asansörler dar: üzerinde dört kişilik yazsa da fiilen iki kişi sığıyor. Büyük salon halılarını bu yüzden asansöre hiç sokmuyoruz.
What these homes usually need
Fitted carpet and upholstery
For anything that cannot leave the flat, our team comes to you. On-site cleaning uses a high-extraction machine, so the carpet is dry the same day.
Silk, Persian and hand-woven rugs
Hand-knotted, silk and antique rugs are washed by hand, separately from the machine line, with pH-neutral products and colour-run testing before any water touches them.
Finding you inside the complex
Large complexes are easy to get lost in. We take the block and flat number when booking, so the team arrives at your door, not at the gate.
