Quote/appointment form: your name, phone number, the service you selected, your district and any message you send. You provide these fields directly.
Automatically collected data: pages you visit, how you reached the site, device and browser type, language preference, and an approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address. Our own analytics does not use cookies; it stores an anonymous visit identifier in your browser’s localStorage.

To prepare the quote you requested, schedule an appointment and contact you.
To provide carpet, sofa, mattress, curtain, duvet and blanket cleaning services, including free pickup and delivery.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Services
Google Ads: we use the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure whether our ads produce results. It measures conversions such as phone-button clicks and form submissions, and may use cookies set by Google.
Google Search Console: we see our search performance in aggregate, anonymous form; this tool does not share personal data about you.
Our own analytics: cookieless and never shared with third parties.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not affect the site’s core functionality.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is shared only as far as necessary to deliver the service: with our hosting provider, and with Google for advertising measurement.
We may disclose data to competent public authorities to the extent required by law.
7. Retention
Requests submitted through the form are kept for a reasonable period after the request is resolved (at most 2 years), then deleted or anonymised.
Analytics records are kept in a form that does not directly identify you and are cleared regularly.

9. Data Security
Our website is encrypted with HTTPS. Form records are accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected admin panel.
Access logs are kept and reviewed regularly to prevent unauthorised access.
