These terms govern the relationship between Damlacık Carpet Cleaning and the person requesting a service.

2. Our Services
We provide carpet, sofa, mattress, curtain, duvet and blanket cleaning services.
Free pickup and delivery is offered across Istanbul. Pickup and delivery times may vary with demand.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.
The final price is confirmed after the item’s size, type, level of soiling and any special treatment needs are assessed on site or at our facility.
Payment is made on delivery using the accepted payment methods.
4. Appointments, Pickup and Delivery
Appointments are made by phone, WhatsApp or the form on the site.
Items are counted at pickup and confirmed with you.
Delivery time depends on the item type and seasonal demand; an estimate is given when you book.
5. Limits of Liability
We accept no liability for wear, fading, deformation, moth or mould damage, or manufacturing defects existing before the item was handed to us. Any pre-existing damage noticed at pickup is reported to you.
Items unsuitable for washing, or whose manufacturer label requires special care, may be processed at the customer’s risk.
Any issue alleged to arise from our service must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our liability is in every case limited to the service fee received for the item concerned.
6. Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge by notifying us a reasonable time before the planned pickup.
Cancellation is not possible once items have entered processing.
7. Intellectual Property
Text, images, logos and design elements on the site belong to Damlacık Carpet Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
8. Use of the Site
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, place excessive load on it with automated data-collection tools, or endanger its security.
Do not submit false contact details, or details belonging to someone else, through the form.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
Customers qualifying as consumers retain the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
