After the pool season
Hallway and entrance rugs take the worst of a swimming season — wet feet, chlorine and trapped damp. We run these through a moisture and odour programme at season end.

How pick-up and delivery works here
Collecting a rug is not the same in every complex. Here is how we do it at this address.
- We use the covered car park, so your rug is never loaded in the rain.
- Hadımköy Yolu üzerinde; araç rezidans otoparkına giriyor ve halı yağmura çıkmadan araca alınıyor.
What these homes usually need
Fitted carpet and upholstery
For anything that cannot leave the flat, our team comes to you. On-site cleaning uses a high-extraction machine, so the carpet is dry the same day.
Silk, Persian and hand-woven rugs
Hand-knotted, silk and antique rugs are washed by hand, separately from the machine line, with pH-neutral products and colour-run testing before any water touches them.
Service lifts in a residence
Residences run a separate service lift, often with restricted hours. We agree a slot with the management and bring the rug down the right lift.
