Blanket Cleaning in Avcılar

Avcılar's housing comes in two kinds at once. Buildings put up before 2000 and the new blocks that replaced them through urban renewal often stand side by side on the same street. That means two different ways of working within a single neighbourhood.

In the older buildings the lift is narrow or absent, so a large living-room carpet is rolled and carried down the stairs. In the newer blocks there is a security log and a covered car park, so we give our arrival time in advance. When you book we ask which of the two your building is — not out of curiosity, but because the van and the crew are set up differently for each.

Istanbul University's Avcılar campus gives the district a large student population, and work from shared flats clusters at the start and end of each term. We drive to Avcılar every day of the week; carpets and duvets are returned fully dry in about three working days, and sofas and mattresses are finished in your home the same day.
