How pick-up and delivery works here
Collecting a rug is not the same in every complex. Here is how we do it at this address.
- Security at Giyimkent registers every visitor. We notify the management office of our arrival time in advance, so nobody waits at the gate.
- We use the covered car park, so your rug is never loaded in the rain.
- Toptan ticaretin döndüğü bir merkez; gündüz yükleme rampaları dolu oluyor. Halı alımını sabah erken ya da akşam saatine planlıyoruz.
What these homes usually need
Silk, Persian and hand-woven rugs
Hand-knotted, silk and antique rugs are washed by hand, separately from the machine line, with pH-neutral products and colour-run testing before any water touches them.
Service lifts in a residence
Residences run a separate service lift, often with restricted hours. We agree a slot with the management and bring the rug down the right lift.
