Collecting a rug is not the same in every complex. Here is how we do it at this address.
- Security at Tekstilkent Kuleleri registers every visitor. We notify the management office of our arrival time in advance, so nobody waits at the gate.
- We use the covered car park, so your rug is never loaded in the rain.
- İş merkezi olduğu için giriş kayıtlı ve yük asansörü mesai saatlerine bağlı. Showroom ve ofis halılarını mesai dışında, akşam alıyoruz ki çalışma düzeni bozulmasın.
What these homes usually need
Silk, Persian and hand-woven rugs
Hand-knotted, silk and antique rugs are washed by hand, separately from the machine line, with pH-neutral products and colour-run testing before any water touches them.
Service lifts in a residence
Residences run a separate service lift, often with restricted hours. We agree a slot with the management and bring the rug down the right lift.
